  My wife and I were passing through Davenport on about March 11, 2016 and stopped in at the Lincoln County Pharmacy and bought some over the counter Fiber medicine along with some other items. When we got home we discovered the fiber product was outdated by 3 months. We called and talked with Mrs. Paul the owner and she was very sorry for this and said it shold have been removed from the shelf and the fact that we were from Spokane she would mail us out a replacement. A few days later we got a note from Mr. Paul stating that they would not be able to mail it because it cost to much and that we would have to bring the out dated product back to Davenport from Spokane for a return. In the meantime we had tossed the out dated product because Mrs. Paul had told us she would be mailing out a new one. Very, very poor business decision on Mr Paul's part. We will never return to Lincoln County Pharmacy again and will cancel our visa transaction. Hopefully this will be a lesson learned. Shame on you Mr. Paul!!

  I have been a customer of this little Pharmacy from the first day that my family moved to Eastern Washington from the Seattle area. Because this is a small family owned business, the customer service my family gets is with out a doubt the best I have seen since moving to the area. The place is ran by three people who do it all and I can honestly say that they do an excellent job for community they support. Unfortunately the prices can be a little more then the big box stores because of shear volume, but it's not by much. I felt the need to give input to the negative comment from a family traveling through the area going back to Spokane. The comment that the Paul's wouldn't return your purchase just seemed so out of character for the experience I have seen thus far. That I felt the need to say, that it's your job to check labels and dates when you shop for any perishable product, but you should check dates because things can get overlooked.
